Yes, you read correctly Mini Chocolate Protein Brownies, I bet you can't wait to get your hands on these bad boys! These light and fluffy mini's just break in the mouth, not to mention them tasting so good, maybe its the great source of protein within the chocolateyness!
Do you need a chocolate fix?
Do you need just a tiny snack to get you to your next meal?
Or just looking for a chocolate snack?
These 100% hit my chocolate fix, also helped me to reach my next meal without snacking on anything else and were just lovely to have with a cuppa! I came across the recipe on Sweet Freedom Uk's instagram account and I just had to try it, mainly because of how simple the recipe is and how easy it is to get hold of all the ingredients.

RECIPE
- 1 cup of Flour
- 2 scoops of chocolate protein (Add if you want, I use Applied Nutrition Diet Whey, chocolate desert)
- 1/4 cup mashed avocado
- 3/4 cup Sweet Freedom fruit syrup
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup Sweet Freedom choc shake (Any flavours would do, I just used chocolate. I definitely plan on using the orange chocolate)
- 1 1/4 cups of chocolate chips(make it vegan by use vegan choc chips).
- 1/4 cup extra virgin oil
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1 tsp baking powder
WHAT TO DO
1. Grab a large mixing bowl and add your avocado and oil and mix together.
2. Next add your protein, flour and cocoa powder, fruit syrup, baking powder, water, chocolate freedom sauce and mix well.
3. Why not add some more chocolate? Throw in your chocolate chips and stir!
4. Use a baking tray and spray with cooking spray, then pour in mix and spread evenly.
5. Bake for 15-20 on 180 degrees. Once removed from oven allow to cool before cutting.
6. Enjoy!

You can accompany your mini's with some fruits or if your feeling a little naughty pop on some squirty cream! (p.s warm up in the microwave for a couple of seconds first).
