Berry Smoothie

You just can't beat a PERFECT and REFRESHING smoothie! Massively craved something exactly that yesterday and boy did it flow. Didn't last very long at all, which then resulted in a massive brain freeze...but definitely worth it.

INGREDIENTS:
-frozen berries
- 1 frozen banana
- handful spinach
- 1/2c water
- ice
-muesli
Blend all the above in a smoothie blender. Add your ice into your glass and pour away! Top with some muesli.
You don't have to top with muesli, but for me I feel like it just finishes it off. Also the oats soften really nicely and melt straight into mouth. PERFECTION!
I do usually like to add protein powder into my smoothies too! Recently just purchased a blueberry cheese cake flavour protein shake, which I'm excited to use in my next blend.
