Baked Berry Protein Oat Cakes

This is one handy for those warm lazy mornings or maybe one you can be productive with whilst your oven does the work! With only 5 minute preparation time and 20-25 minutes in the oven. I was so pleased with how fluffy and light these turned out and also tasted amazing with the extra fruitiness of the berries bursting in your mouth.
I topped these beauties off with PeanutButter of course!🤷🏽♀️

Having the right breakfast is really important for me because it sets my mood for the day, prepares me for what I have planned and helps me get out of bed in the morning! Planning the night before is imperative I think.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 3 tbls fat free yoghurt
- 1 scoop protein (any flavour will do, I used chocolate🍫)
- 2 tbls cocoa
- 1 handful of frozen berries.
WHAT TO DO
Mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl and add to an oiled muffin tray. Next, bake for 20-25 mins or until they start to brown! Then add your desired topping (PB is just too tempting for me).
